Our Story
BudJet was born out of personal necessity. As someone who wanted better control over personal finances, I was frustrated with existing budget tracking apps that were either too complex or too simplistic. In early 2024, I set out to create a budget tracking solution that balances powerful features with an intuitive interface, with a special focus on receipt scanning and automated categorization.
